The hotel grounds were magnificent, with a
Beautifully manicured garden and fine swimming pool that we loved to relax by. The breakfast options were plentiful, although we missed out on some tropical fruits like mango. A wonderful stay we would happily repeat.

Super nice, pretty new hotel. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The food is great, the rooms are beautiful. Not much to complain about, really. Also the free shuttle bus to the city is a great plus. All in all, highly recommended.
The staff hardly spoke any English and is not yet always at 4 star level. But this is a general problem in Vietnam. The shuttle to the airport is twice as expensive as by taxi.

We were very warmly welcomed in the hotel and everything was explained to us in detail. . The rooms are very nice and the bed is comfortable. The air conditioning is quiet and easy to control. . The breakfast is very rich and everyone can find something. . The pool and also the beach are very well maintained and nicely arranged.
The milk and many perishable products are not properly chilled at the buffet. Maybe you can optimize something here so that nothing happens at the sometimes very hot temperatures.

Had a nice stay on holidays, everything was great. The room itself was neat and airy with lovely views and had essentials we needed. The location turned out to be stunning and gorgeous, short walk to a lovely private beach, the Da Nang airport, and Boutique Hoi An Resort.

The staff were friendly and accommodating .
The breakfast selection was quite limited, and some items like baked beans were questionable.

Nice and quiet, pleasant air conditioning, the bed was very comfortable. The complex is a little outside but there is a shuttle bus several times a day, if necessary you can also take a taxi for 4€. The private beach section is also ok.
The pool has totally warm water, totally inappropriate with 35 degrees outside temperature, I did not like the food in the hotel and much too expensive.

Big hotel complex, but not a big hotel block but several small buildings; huge garden with access to the great and well-kept private beach with deck chairs; several times a day free shuttle to the centre of Hoi An. Small tip: nice restaurant directly opposite the hotel: Tan Phat with owner Kim
Slight musty smell in the bathroom

This place was a solid pick for a city break in Hoi An, offering great value for money. The staff were super friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Bring cash for local eats just outside the entrance-lots of delicious options.

Our bed was really comfortable and the beach and pool were both very clean and lovely.
The service at this hotel was not up to scratch. The reception staff constantly spoke to their colleagues whilst we were trying to deal with them, and the restaurant staff seemed more concerned with gettting us to sign our chit than actually bring the food or drink. We had to wait 20 mins for our drinks. Also, there was a slightly musty smell in parts of the hotel and in our room.

Ideal for Family with children
The pool area is great and not crowded at all , made it easy to relax and enjoy without all the noise. Plus, the staff really were really nice too ensure we had everything we needed for a smooth check-in and throughout our stay.
It came at a price higher than most but still reasonable given the experience.

Beautiful design, spacious rooms, small scale, extremely friendly staff, good breakfast buffet.
The hotel driver who picked us up from the airport stopped at a shopping venue for marble statues and forced us to stay there for 15 min. Obviously in exchange for a commission. This was outrageous. We were tired from the flight and wanted to get to the hotel. Another driver tried to talk us into buying polo shirts.

The hotel is a good choice if want to stay directly on the beach while staying in Hoi An. We had an eczellent dinner one night - great taste, great quality, however overpriced compared to the restaurants in downtown Hoi An. It's a pity that the ambiance of the restaurant is a bit too cold. Breakfast is good. The interior of the hotel room is modern and nice, but the beds in the twin bedded room are far too small - their width is only 100 cm!!! The pool is great and the beach is clean. The complimentary shuttle bus to downtown Hoi An is a great thing to have. Our overall impression is that they try to be high-end and state of the art, but they do not reach the aim. Therefore we will choose to stay in a hotel downtown Hoi An for our next stay
